We have 9 rental properties in the Pontardawe, Ystalyfera and Ystradgynlais areas.

These vary from 2 to 4 bedroom homes, all are fully double glazed and centrally heated by gas. All are well insulated to keep your fuel bills down!

We are prepared to take tenants on Housing Benefit as we believe the character of the person is more important than their employment status.

We require a bond equal to one months rent and one months rent in advance. Bonds are protected by the Governments scheme.

All properties have Gas Safety and Energy Survey Certificates.
